Harman Kardon sub replacement

Having a bit of trouble finding a replacement Harman Kardon subwoofer speaker between the seats in my Zed, BMW do the whole unit as a part £500 !!! when all i need is the actual speaker itself as the foam has split around the outside (must have been playing Ed Sheeran too loud!!) the speaker is 2 x 70w and 4ohn as anybody else had the same trouble or am i going to have to shed out for a whole new unit ?

Help please !!

Have you tried @spurs fan in a coupe ?
 
Found a thread on hear and followed the link and Just bought the repair kit on line from simply speakers. See if that works

Mine is the same woody. And makes a horrendous noise. I'm planning to buy a new sub from www.theloudest.com like for like in size and fit a small amp behind the bulkhead.

Hello, mine has started making a horrible noise as if I've put a thin layer of cardboard over the speaker. I am guessing it's the foam, has anybody tried the repair kit ? does it work? is it easy- I am of limited diy ability? Anyone know of someone who could repair it for me in the North Lincs area?
