Nope two torx bolts that come up through the top of the A pillers, you can see the holes from the top and recessin the piller plastic if you look underneath. When you get a hardtop make sure you get these along with the torx driver T handle tool.
You can transport it without the rear fitting brackets if your careful. We did it by securing the front with the torx bolts and put towels over the rear where it touches the boot and secured the rear down buy putting ratchet straps around the hardtop clamps down through the seatbelt loops at the bottom of the seats. It was rock solid and didn't move at all and was fine for transporting back home until we could get the fitting kit in.
