Hard top leak

I'm relatively new to z3 ownership and have a query regarding hard top leaking....

I've just put it on, but think it is leaking at rear as rear screen window seems damp and fogged up.
Is there a way to adjust the top to make it sit lower. It seems to touch the seal but looks like it should sit lower. Also rear screen demister doesnt work (light comes on) which makes me think it not sitting low enough.
I've also got a leak on passenger side by A post as it drips on seat, I'm going to silicone the rubber like I've seen on a thread on here.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Google - bmw z3 hardtop settings and select one of first few retrieved. It can be a complex process to get it right. Patience and a step at a time.

I wouldn’t use silicon - personal opinion.
