"RARE FACELIFT MODEL"

"DO NOT CONFUSE THIS MODEL WITH THE RUN OF THE MILL TIRED Z3's,THIS IS THE VERY RARE FACELIFT MODEL"

"RARE 5 SPEED MANUAL GEARBOX"

"the car has all genuine "Sport" extras, This comprises of the unique facelift front bumper,Side skirts and unique facelift rear bumper and lights."

"It also has "as new standard " 16inch "sport" alloys"

"Fully adjustable "M Tech" sport Steering wheel and gear knob"

"Black sumptuous un-marked Sport leather seats"

"I have listed and disclosed everything I can think about, about the car – good and bad. There’s nothing worse than an over-described car."

Agree Gaz - but reading through all the guff in the advert and ignoring the words 'rare' it doesn't look too bad for less than 2K...

There is a reserve on it and I suspect when he mentions £5295 as an average price he has set a reserve of £4k plus.

Must have taken him days to write the ad though, all the best to him.

Lol adverts like that always make me laugh.

I'm tempted to ask him if it's a facelift

Also I might ask for the proof its never been driven on a winters day would be interesting how he does this?

Inevitably as with the advert the reserve will be unrealistic

So if the previous owner bought it in sept 2003 and had it for 9+ years then he has had it for less than a year so no wonder it has served him admirably he has done less than 1k
bill

It's a difficult one this, because I feel like I want to either message him, or report the ad.

It's had bids already so I'm wondering if those who are bidding are going to end up buying something which clearly is not as advertised.

That said, it will clearly have a ridiculous reserve on it so most likely wont sell anyway...

If you but knew the reality of what is claimed on some of the classic cars offered you would never sleep at night!

This man is a light weight compared to some!.... Trust me this is just a hard sell over description, nothing to be concerned about. Stock in trade to many.

The spirit of Arthur Daley is alive and well, and sadly prospering.

As ever all the legislation in the world doesn't get rid of them. It just places a further burden on the honest dealers and people.
