@Shelly and everyone else, I'm so sorry I haven't acknowledged this before now. Not been here for a couple of weeks.

Even before Covid crashed into all of our lives we were having a pretty tough time of it as a family this year. Wife was ill, my mother was very ill, then mother-in-laws partner, Bob, (bed bound with MS) fell out of bed and broke a leg. Thankfully all brought back under control now. A part from my brother who has shacked up with a new girlfriend who I'm convinced is a golddigger.:(

Then Covid hit and like so many others and no doubt a few here, it has created a huge problem for those of us running our own small businesses.

Birthday drifted by without the usual family and friend round, a real non-event really. I'm tempted to just not count that one!

Thoughts of the Zed are miles away, she sits under a thin layer of dust, in the garage. She would normally have been un-sorned yesterday, but no point at the moment. Getting close to shutting the business now for a month or two so maybe it'll give me time to do all those little jobs she needs!

Hang in there folks, keep dreaming of the roof down, sun shining and shades on, this'll all be a distant memory before you know it!

Sorry to hear you've had a tough time mate, but glad to hear it's getting better. Also regards your brother, our son was married to one. Just a shame he's living on his own with all this going on as he is self employed too.
