Thanks for all the birthday wishes. It has been an odd celebration, dotted with unexpected moments.
I had a lovely card from the group of dog walkers that often stop and chat. Even with what’s going on, they had taken time to all sign a card.
The now usual birthday wishes from Facebook friends and ex colleagues from over the years, but, last night, a phone call out of the blue from someone I shared digs with 40 years ago when we were students training at and working for GEC Telecoms.
