Thank you been without heinternet since last Friday afternoon plus i slipped and fell down concrete stairs Thursday morning and spent 4/5 hours in hospital with a dislocated shoulderb so now strapped up like a one arm bandit

Bruising is coming out bad on arm, under arm left knee skin torn on wrist in two places and right knee and very painful pills help a bit but it will take time. Cant even have a drink

If only it was 11 pm not am, maybe its because i live in a bungalow not bused to stairs but i am used to the ones i fell down
