Thanks for the wishes. Funny you should say that. It was the hottest day of the year here so far. I park my bus at Absegami High School. In the front of the school is a school sign with the time and temperature. In the afternoon, I do 2 runs, one for special needs grade school students K through 6th grade and one special needs run for the middle school, 7 and 8th grades. I then do one more run after school for the middle school after school activities. Today I finishes a little early as there are not many activities since next week is the last week of school. I was driving my wife's car today, a Honda Acura. It shows the outside temperature. I didn't have it parked on the parking lot but off the lot a bit under some oak trees. So it was partially shaded. I took a picture of the displayed temperature when I started the car up to go home. I also took a picture of the front school sign with the time and temperature. Notice how hot it was at 4:45 PM.............................Happy Birthday Frankie,
Sit back, relax, put your feet up.........And let the kids drive the bus![]()
I remembered when that happened over there. It made the news over here................Frankie2019 was the last time we "suffered" those temps mate. A lot of water under the bridge since then.
