Spent months looking for a red one at what I thought was the right price and in fair condition that I located in Westbury. Have now had the few dents/scratches sorted, chrome side vents fitted and after a lot of hassle found s/s roll bars with what I was told was the complete trim kit, but when it arrived I could see that I could only use the bar and with lots of help from the forum got it fitted. Its had a good clean inside and out and waxed with new badges on wheels (2) and gear stick, and out logo on the boot.
It keeps my other pride and joy a red Triumph TR4 company in the garage which is only mainly used for shows or special events which I have had for 4/5 years.
It took a while to find my way round the Z site and I can say how very good it is and friendly and lots of tec. help. Thanks for making me welcome.

Welcome Geoff!
Red 1.9 is a great choice and ... you are welcome too in the M44Massive!
I bet the Zed and the TR4 are a nice couple! Wish you many miles with roof down!

All takes time to do those little jobs as money predicts what gets done in order. Sometimes its the important things we can't physically see that take priority over the shiney bits.

Addictive little cars aren't they. Had one for about 6 1/2 years now, and still can't think of a car I would replace it with!

@Geoff Crispin, always good to get some jobs done on the Zed. It means you have to go out and drive it to make sure it's still ok.;)

Not being a computer wiz kid I asked my son in law to put a couple of pic of my finished car in the Progress threads.
