Had better days !!

I have days like yours yesterday Malc - most days in fact are like that at work :)

When I was working, (as a Purchasing Manager for an Electronics Company,) my MD used to tell me I didn’t have problems.....I had daily challenges to overcome !!!
Since retiring ......they’re just annoying problems !!!!=))

Yep i've had a crap day too. Some numpty drove into me on my way home from work. New rear bumper and trim and boot lid out of line. :arghh:

Not the boot lid that you’ve been trying to get to stay shut for years that Tony finally fixed recently, after all that time now your back to square one by the sound of it.

Roy.

Jacked the Kia up across the driveway so couldn’t get the Zed out to go and get the tyre repaired :banghead:

SO, Put the tyre back on the Kia...went round to a tyre shop.........puncture not repairable.....so new tyre required.
Then after a lot of shuffling in their car park.....must have moved the screw, and the tyre went completely flat!!!!!!
They didnt have a tyre, so they put on the spacesaver spare.
I left the punctured wheel with them, and I came home to get a tyre ordered from BlackCircles for £65.00 all in, which will be delivered to them tomorrow.
(Black Circles was the best price by £25-30 and their service is normally very good.)
Hopefully get a call tomorrow to go back and have the main wheel refitted. In the meantime.........:arghh::arghh:

Make sure they don't charge you for disposal too Malc.

Tony.

New tyre on the Kia now, and the punctured one returned so I can play with it .

They took the screw out, so I put a pin where the hole is. The limit is shown in the tyre tread, (what I was told) and can only be repaired if the puncture is on the inside of that line.
Mine is outside this limit so have to accept it.

I will have a go at repairing it with a plug style kit just to see how easy it is.....
