Hi again friends, working on a 2000 project, car is coming along nicely, but a mechanic noticed my guibo disc is in rough shape. Is this a backyard project to handle on jack stands, the disc is totally accessible. Watching some videos, they seem to drop exhaust, and seems involved on you tube. Looking at it first hand, it looks pretty straightforward. Any advice?
Thanks again

Take careful not of the orientation of the bolts .
One set bolts go to gearbox the other hold prop to it .
They will go either way round but important to put the right ones correct position.
This is to go with the way the rubber is designed to apply the torque if you bolt them wrong way round you will start to split the new one apart prematurely

Don't panic though as the bolt orientation is marked on the Guibo. You will need good access as the prop shaft needs to slide backwards and inch so you can pull the guibo out.

Ok...thanks for the input, seems to be a better job with a lift, instead of on the ground with jack stands.
