The research went something like this;
Look at the images and see the M flag so must be BMW related.
Google 2 stroke BMW engine suicide doors which narrows it down with the Wikipedia article.
Then double check as the paper in the front window shows the scottish region so amend the search to include bmwcc Scottish and hey presto confirmation
I've never seen one or would know about it so see if anyone else knows from the images
