Grumpys on a fitness plan.

Non of this nice cheese though haha. Just your standard plain ones. Id forgot about it till now!
Just had a look. I'm going to order a grated bag of cheddar and give it a whirl. We like it on spag bol and chillis etc so be ideal to try on that for starters.

We tried low fat Cathedral City Cheddar and it was disappointing, didn't taste half as nice as the real McCoy.

Tony.

ps. Oh, and there I was extolling the virtue of the Actifry last night and heard it quietly whirring away as I entered the kitchen. I soon however heard an exclamation of " What the **** has happened now?" Anyway the paddle in the Actifry had broken and we had two piles of black chips and two of cold raw ones. Lovely. New paddle ordered of eBay for £7.

Brilliant story mate Lol! I went on to order the cheese from musclefood and they want £5 to deliver it so I'll explore other options. We've seen and tried various "lower fat" cheeses in the supermarket but the stats are still off the scale.

Top tip: Always fill the fridge before you go out running - then when you come back from your run you can stuff yourself - priceless!=))=))=))

I was given a halogen oven, bloody useless bit of kit, it just burns stuff.....

Never even seen one of those Mike. The Actifry is a great bit of kit. This is the second paddle that's broken in 8 years we've had it, plus a couple of other bits but spares are easy to get a simple to fit.

Tony.

Well, I have seen them on the shopping channels.:)

Tony.

Ive been really good today, chicken salad for lunch. grazed on cashew nuts and about to eat a healthy stir fry

We have one of those. Use it on a daily basis. Alot quicker than a normal oven and a lot more healthier. Oooh and we have not burnt anything yet as we tend to read the instruction =))

I hadn't been home long and my Mazda was out in the garage and wanting a new steering wheel fitted, and Shirl was at work so guess what I did? Made my breast bone hurt like hell trying to pull it off the tapered shaft, scared the crap out myself and went back to the telly while it stopped hurting.

Tony.

ps. The next day I went out and made a puller to remove the wheel, which I still have.:)

Sounds like the voice of experience to me .............................;);)

Weighed myself last night and came in at 13.1 stone so not as bad as I thought, just need to lose half a stone in 6 weeks so started healthy eating today.
