I recently purchased a gear stick knob from Buckley06, and I was looking forward to it arriving. The postman gave me his little electronic device to sign which I did, then he gave me an empty envelope. As you can see the gear stick knob was missing. When I contacted the Post Office he said it has probably come out in one of the sorting machines? I was also told I was unable to claim the money for the item, as I would have to claim off the seller of the item, and then the seller claims off the Post Office, as the seller has the proof of postage?
When I contacted Buckley06 he totally understood, and said that there wasn't a problem, and he would send another in the post on Monday, and claim the cost off the Post Office.
I would just like to thank Buckley06 not only for making the gear stick knobs, but for the time and effort he has put into them, and now more hassle for him in having to claim his money back from the Post Office.
BTW he did say that he had a few spare, so if you would like one contact him.
