The Morgan was nice, had a look on autotrader at Morgan's after the show man they are expensive

Yes they are and they won't do anything your Z won't do. Those two looked really cramped in the Mog, more room in your Z3 I think.

Tony.

There is something about a Morgan though.

Yep, they're bloody expensive and they rot. Did you see that one they did on Wheeler Dealers.

Was that the one that had to have a complete new chassis? There is a garage near Falmouth that has a few Morgans that they hire out to people who want "the Morgan experience".
I'm not a fan to be honest, I'd rather have a Z3M

Yes it was that one. Hell of a job.

Tony.

Only Morgan I really like is the 3 wheeler one. Always fancied one of them but way way out my price range.

Never had the pleasure of driving one but I have always liked them especially the motorcycle engined 3 wheelers and the plus 8.

I was fortunate enough to be given a trip round the Morgan factory as a birthday present. Great experience which I would recommend to anyone interested in cars whether or not Morgans float your boat.
The way they're built is incredible in this day and age - the craftsmanship is just superb. Mind you, it's easy to see why they rot - they're full of moisture traps and the corrosion protection is rudimentary to say the least...
The 3 wheelers are gorgeous though and I could be tempted - though not at £50k for a nice spec one...:nailbiting:

I was hoping they were going to show a bit more of the route from Invergarry as this is last section to hotel for this year's Scottish run and is a great bit of road .
We were in the same Jet petrol station that they were in on the programme

I foolishly watched the next edifying episode last night, they were going from London to Lands end.
It was like watching a coffin warp!
They had someone even more boring than them on, the owner of an antique car that spent more time being pushed. I'll definitely not waste any more of my life watching any more.

I tend to agree. Such a shame, a great concept but it just hasn’t worked.

I hope it has better suspension than the standard mog, that sliding king pin arrangement that they have is seriously medieval. That is the reason the old fogies that trundle about in them are having a white knuckle ride, while holding up the traffic.

About as reliable a trunion on a Moggy Minor.

Tony.
