Oh I think, if my bunged-up head will allow me to think, it was BBC 2 this afternoon. I shall check tomorrow because I recorded it, as well as watched it and will let you know. Worth watching and looks a must-do place/event to visit.

How do you post large pics like that, I have some to put on but it is beyond me so waiting for my wife to put them on for me but she is out this morning.
If the Sunday was as good as the Saturday it was fantastic in every respect, atmosphere, public car parks (you could spend a day looking at all the great cars there) paddock, track, planes that gave a display after the last track event, and on the ground, army vehicles, museum, people dressed up, stalls and more stalls, fun fayre, food stalls, bars etc etc

Just put a post on with pics later hopefully. I went 4 years ago also the festival of speed both great shows not to be missed if you like a trip down memory lane
My next event is Haynes breakfast next month, Classic car show at NEC Nov then next year I want to do the Silverstone classic if Stacey is organising again as the chap that bought my TR4 2 years ago has just finished a kit cobra with a tr4 engine which is a copy of a prototype one off which still survives, he is a very interesting chap with lots of interesting cars, he has just sold his Rydell, and has an offer on his Turner. His aim is to eventually sell all his old cars and buy an old Bentley with a crash gearbox while he is still able to drive.
Thanks to Malc (Mazza) who helped me and my son to find a good B&B a few miles from track which saved to much driving in one day for an old chap like me haha

Hi Geoff. I’m still the same, unfortunately. I can’t shake this viral infection and am struggling to sleep from it which is needed ie: restorative sleep to recover. It’s driving me to distraction, tbh. Another day of forced rest, I’m afraid. I am looking forward to seeing your photos from Saturday! I’m definitely booking to go to Goodwood next year. I just click upload a file and double click on the picture.The program was on ITV, I have just checked and it is available on ITV hub for those like me who don't subscribe to any of the paid channels.
Certainly a good day, we got there just after 8 and spent the morning looking around and the afternoon watching the racing from the bank at Madgwick. I spent some time standing on top of the bank taking photos but my daghter and her boyfriend sat on the grass just behind the barrier and got covered in dust when a Cobra hit the barrier a few feet awauy.
Hope to see you at Haynes but the Scottish run first.

A pleasure you don’t want to miss it. Can’t remember where you are based but if you need to stay over you have to book a long way in advance or do what my son & I did and book on AirB&B a few miles away in a property backing onto the beach I might be able to send you a link ?
