Get your roof down.

I don't think that Mike & I have ever been to Blickling Hall. Mary, Glad you and Richard had a relaxing day, that's what Zedding 'Top Down' Sundays are all about!!

We had a last minute (literally, 4pm) visit to Holkham about 2 weeks ago, started out as a visit to Houghton Hall, but we couldn't find a way in, turned out it didn't open until May 1st!!

Sunday was a trip to Brighton.

Early start as a 7am sail from the marina for a days Plaice/Bream fishing.
8 1/2 in the sun later, drive out of the cool Multi story car park with the roof down.

The sun and heat hit my already sun burnt bonce and the sun stroke start to kick in.
Join the back of a cue of the entire population of London returning home.

Struggle to Pease pottage services. Put the roof back up. Temp is now reading 27 DC.

Hay fever attack also kicked in, puffy itching eyes, streaming nose head splitting from sun stroke.

No air con and about another 80 miles of the M23 / M25 / M26 / M20 back to Folkestone

Loved it.
 
Hi Russ, I looked to see how you were getting on with my first baby zed. He/she looks fantastic and you are obviously enjoying him/her so much. Have taken his big brother out roof down the last few days and these cars really are such a joy even 10 years on...... Sharky going for Inspection 2 and alloy refurb very soon! x Zeds........ just gotta love em :-)

Yeah I love her lol..

Sold the hardtop to pay for wheels,Rear Window and service stuff but car drives lovely and it's a keeper for me.

Will get body sorted wintertime with a full repaint but for now just enjoying the car the way it was meant. Roof down at every opportunity.
Hope to see you at a meet later in the year, I shall be at Zedfest if you want to say hello to your old flame..
