Get Well Soon Grumps

Haha thanks @andyglym! Only just found this, you've bought a tear to my eye! It has been a most enjoyable week. After getting rushed in on Thursday afternoon by ambulance after collapsing on the bathroom floor it was found I'd developed Sepsis again. After being stabbed, prodded and poked for two days they'd decided I'd got biliary Sepsis with my liver not working due to a gall stone blockage in my bile duct which as some will remember I spent weeks in hospital back in 2015 with the same problem. Last time the Sepsis had spread with the end result being given 24 hours to live but thankfully I'm still here! This time it was caught earlier so the Sepsis was kept localised so much easier to treat.
I was let home last night for a couple of days but am back on tomorrow to have the blockage removed and possibility a stent fitted into my bile duct to reduce to chance of the blockage recurring again. I have had internet access this time so I have been checking in from time to time but not been overly active.
Thanks all for your kind wishes and hopefully I'll be upto full speed in a week or so and normal duties will resume. Ooh and @t-tony your a t***!!!!! :D
 
Grumps so sorry to read this I thought you just had man flu which as you know can be BAD ! Get well soon and keep your pecker up !! It sounds as though they have it all under control.

Thanks mate. Yeah it's been a bit rough but I've been here before and I have the best family and friends supporting me. All will be well again soon. :thumbsup:
 
Blimey Grumps, that sounds a bit rough! I thought you had just stubbed your big toe or something.
Hope all goes well at the hospital and you are back to your grumpy self soon.

Sounds like they’re well on it though which must be a relief.
