I saw this car in person when I went to pick up my seats. Car looked to be in clean condition but didn't thoroughly examine it.

That's ///M money

I'd rather invest in an ///M

You need to take a break Mrscalex!............. all these 2.2's are starting to get to you lol, yes it's clean but whats the point? Would you really spend £12500 on a 2.2 to lock away in the garage?
Your actually better off with a car that not going to break your heart when someone crease's your doors in the supermarket car park.

Reading the advert more it is an import car from Japan

I've been in touch with this seller before the price went up on the ad, wont be in touch again, living in a fantasy world. Nice it may be, worth that it isn't. (IMHO)

Thanks for the psycho analysis @julie z3

I've never spent more than a £1,000 on a Z3.

And 2.2s are the model I know best.

Do you have a problem with me pointing out cars of interest for discussion? I don't see a problem raising a thread on such a nice car. I don't care what it costs and I don't want to buy it. But it's nice to see how something looked more or less as it would have done when it left the factory isn't it?

As for my other 2.2 for sale threads. They are either for cars which I know other members are actively looking for condition wise (nice to try and help isn't it?) or are debating points.

Why bother reading my threads if they get on your nerves?

Perhaps you'd like to contribute a bit more yourself rather than get wound up with others? I see you have all of 3 messages to your name.

You can always read my engine replacement thread and give that a go if you fancy doing something more hands on.

A bit disappointed 5 of you seem to agree I'm wasting server space.

It is a nice looking Z3.

But the mileage is a bit high for that money at 50,000 miles.
Some dealers are advertising Z3's at this kind of money, maybe trying to push up values?
Mine's as good as that one and it failed to sell at £8,000 on here a couple of months ago.
Plus mine is the 3.0 M Sport in one of the best colours Topaz Blue/White Lotus with 56,000 miles and a hardtop.

When did you lose your sense of humour ? Wonder anyone comes on a forum when people are so easily offended, I'll get back to my dishes......................

The way Classic Car prices are going it won't be long before a nice Z3 is over £10,000.
As people are priced out of the TVR/Lotus/Ford/Porsche etc they always wanted, they will look to more modern cars that can be taken to a "Classic Car" show. Well, some shows anyway, if you are on a Club stand.

Personally l wish the market would come back down to earth. Many cars are becoming out of reach.

£10,000 for a Sierra Estate? £20,000 for a MK1 1.3 Escort Estate? (remarkably good fun to drive it has to be said, l owned one)

Just seen a very low mileage original rubber bumper MG Midget sell at auction for.....wait for it.....£28,750

Didn't know the good old Sierra was fetching that sort of money. But how many do you see on the road anymore?

There needs to be a "well that escalated fast" option along side the likes, agree, disagree etc lol. Even if it's just for this thread

What! My brother just sold his doer upper for £700!!!

The Midget was an unregistered one with less than 100 miles on the clock.

I wonder how much you'd get for a similar Z3.

The Sierra was a 20,000 miler, probably the best one in existance.
