Hi

Just joined.

I've got a 1997 Z3 1.9L - just got it a few weeks ago. - 22 years old and over 200K but still heaps of fun to drive. I'm slowly trying to get some accessories that have been lost over the years. Found a wind deflector out of Germany. Still looking for the tonneau cover for the top when it's down and a lid for the compartment behind the seats.

She's originally from Japan but was imported into New Zealand a few years ago. She's been in storage for the last couple of years so I've just put on new tyres and had the engine fully serviced. She runs like a dream, mostly. Not too much torque at the low end but still fun.

Looking forward to learning from everyone here.

Ha, Picton eh John. We stayed on Queen Charlotte Drive overlooking the Mahakipawa Arm just outside Havelock just a few weeks ago. Pity you hadn't joined the forum as we had a drive to Picton and we could have met up. When we were over there last year we met up with @Murray Wall
