Looking good Rob - it'll soon fill up with 'stuff' - the more space you've got the more you fill it. Don't try to fight it though 'cos its's a law of nature, and nature abhors a vacuum :)
By the way, I'm thinking of re-roofing my garage with profile sheet steel cladding, but I've read it can be prone to condensation & drips - have you had any problems?

If it's metal the likelihood is it will condensate.

No problems with condensation, it has a non drip roof :thumbsup:
