GapTec roof module. My car is haunted .........................

UPDATE
Had an email from Gary Price at GapTech today saying he had received my module and, having tested it, it appears to be working normally. Which is slightly worrying, although he also said it still could have an intermittent fault. Never the less he is sending me a tested module out in the post tomorrow.

Same here .
Gary confirmed mine had a fault and even tho its out of warranty he's sending me a new unit.
Couldnt be farer than that.

Just need someone to solder it on .

Did you leave a "tail" when you cut the other wires Maurice. If so I have a section of "chocolate" block I can bring.

Module arrived in post today mate. This is what I know as "Chocolate block" will make an easy re-connect.

I'll bring you a piece tomorrow.

Finally found some time to fit my "new" Gap-Tec roof module this afternoon. For those who might be considering one this where it fits and the 5 wires for the remote roof open/close and one touch operation.

A couple of small cable ties to secure the 5 wires to the original loom.

Switch panel refitted.

And finally the lower dash panel which holds my reversing sensor display and USB charging point.

Job done.
