£2.50 per litre in Chelsea, apparently.

It hasn't stopped people driving. There's still plenty of traffic around - and it's a Sunday.
And there lies the issue, an "easy" tax to pull in, everybody needs and will continue to put fuel in. They'll keep putting it up then pull back from the brink.

Biggest problem for us all is that the "fuel sellers" know there's no ceiling on how much we're prepared to pay, or if there is, we haven't got there yet. It's hard to believe we were paying a pound a litre not too long ago and now we're paying twice that. Call me an old sceptic but I can't see it dropping below £1.50/litre once things get back to normal if they ever do

The average where Im at is around $5.00 a gallon . Not sure what that translates to for you guys but I know Im p***** about it , along with everyone else. I let my truck get to 3/4 tank then fill it back up , its less painful that way .

Here in the UK we are currently paying around £2/litre which translates to approx £9 per gallon which equates to around $11/gallon.

I told my wife expect to see $10 a gallon by the end of Summer , Im still sticking to that prediction unfortunately.

I can’t see the US government ever allowing that to happen. I certainly hope not as we’re heading over later in the year.

Tony.

Just like a "health conscious fry up" Uncle Albert. ;)=))

Tony.

Iced slice for me please
