The easy way to change front bushes is to lubricate with silicone oil, or thin silicone grease, before removal. Knock a very thin driver, or piece of wire, between the pin and bush, squirt oil, repeat ‘around the clock’. Twist the bracket until it’s free. Twist and pull back and it’ll slide off.
Getting them off ‘dry’ you really need a bearing puller.
Use a thicker silicone grease on the new bush, if you can get it, and slide it on the same way.
Silicone grease is often called brake grease, red brake grease. You can buy it in tubes or sachets, more than enough for a couple of bushes.
DO NOT USE ANY OTHER KIND OF GREASE. In no way use copper grease, unless it’s in the bolts.
I would use the solid rubber bushes, often called M3 bushes not the standard ones with voids in, they’re rubbish and don’t really last long. There’s also an offset bush for more caster, that’s more for fast use, tracks etc.
