Sad to hear Andy. He was a very funny guy before the PC brigade ruined many acts.

Tony.

Saw him a few times and really good entertainer........but you never sit in the front row=))

I know someone who made that mistake at a show in Lincoln mate, and he was late getting to his seat!=))

Tony.

Great singer too mate.

Terrific show that was. That was the one where he chucked rice down the front of Faith Browns dress pretending it was maggots.=))=)).

Audience or Evening with Freddie Starr special.

Very sad , I can remember him in my early years ........

As funny as the man was he did have a cracking voice. He used to make me laugh doing his hitler impression

The one thing that had me in stitches was his fast forward routine. He was a good singer but you never new when or if he was about to do something funny. interviewers nightmare but great value

Great entertainer and always had me in stitches especially when he would swing onto stage doing his Tarzan impression. Loved hearing him sing but he hardly ever finished his singing without breaking into his humour.
Have missed him last few years, RIP Freddie.

RHA,Roy.

Brilliant all round entertainer Roy.

Tony.

Very funny guy and talented. A big part of my childhood. Probably one of the few 70s entertainers that's not on the register...

Not for lack of accusations though.:(

Tony.

Brilliant entertainer many happy memories of him at Blackpool during the summer seasons in the 70s early 80s
