Just had a quick Skype chat with the Godfather. He is sooooo excited right now, just about to have some food then he is off the airport to collect Hugh! Fingers crossed Hugh gets through security and customs smoothly, then they are off for the flight to San Diego.

Frankie is going to try and email me pictures from him phone when he can get a signal, so hopefully we should be able to see what happens as this epic journey progresses.

First recorded evidence of Hugh arriving in the US of A. Frankie told me he was going to make sure he had a cheese steak while he was over - that didn't take long

Just for those of you who may not know how sheep have their tails docked (they get in the way at shearing, I said shearing,not sharing, time) When I was a lad they used to have a pair of expanding pliers to install on the lambs tail a very strong rubber ring which when released stopped blood flow to the tail and it very soon falls off. Job done. Rumour had it that this task was mainly done by the farmers wives, apparently very few husbands strayed !!
