I have two more tapes. The last one I posted was over an hour. It took about 10 hours to upload it on to u-tube. The next one i might split into two U-tubes 'cause its tough for forum members to have to watch an hour of video. Its ok for me and Hugh to see it because we're reliving it and it brings back memories. Perhaps most of this is just someone's boring home movies. I could understand that very well. So let me start the process of transferring the video from the camera to the software, then to other software and then to file size reducing software and then to u-tube...phew!! This is the last tape. I split it in two. If it hadn't been for the tire problem, it would have been shorter. While it was fun driving across the country, it takes its toll on you. You start to get a little ragged around the edges. Fortunately, my companion, Hugh, was excellent to travel with, as we never lost our temper with each other as we started to get weary. We each found ourselves catching little naps here and there as the other person drives. They felt wonderful as you would doze off with the sound of the car on the open road, a nice breeze and beautiful scenery....
Well..................this is the very last video~~~~~~~~~~~The end of a memorable trip. It was such a great way to get to know the car and see the rest of the country. I know that Hugh saw things that, a week before his trip, he'd thought he'd never get to see in his life. He still couldn't believe what he was seeing when he was actually looking at it or that he was actually there. We had a lot of laughs. I wouldn't want to have done it any other way. Since you never know what will happen in your life, it's good to do things when you have the opportunity. That opportunity may never come around again......................
