This question must be really boring, it's the second time I've posted it :) ... How do the regular black pattern/aftermarket outer door handles(ebay) compare in quality to the genuine ones?

My current handle looks like its been melted and the seals are ragged... An aftermarket pair on ebay are cheap but I won't get any if they are poop. Any pointers appreciated. :thankyou:

I've got a pair from the e36 that I'm breaking I think they're the same as the ones that are fitted to the zed. I'll double check when I get home but I may be able to sell them to you.

Thanks Faheem, very kind of you... Thing is mine are OK aside from the seals and the small "melted" spot around the keyhole... I was was hoping to freshen the car up with a new set... Just wanted to know how good the aftermarket ones are and if anybody had used them.

another thing you can do is buy the chrome plastic covers then spray them to colour code them to your car, works very well.

I've used the aftermarket seals and they fitted perfect but not had to change any parts other than the seals.
