That looked like either a brake issue or something broke on steering or suspension.

This explanation wasn’t quite enough for Sauber boss Fred Vasseur, who told Autosport:

“The move was f`*ing dangerous, he’s moving always late, and one day we’ll have a huge crash. When you are at 320kmh, it’s more than dangerous.”

Question is, how hard will he try? Short of a debilitating accident (God forbid) or a major technical infringement resulting in an outright team ban, it's in the bag isn't it?

Will he go wheel to wheel with Vettel, knowing full well that if it goes wrong, he wins anyway, or will he just back off knowing that being just 1 place behind seals it?

Whilst I still enjoy the sport, I find that I invariably fall asleep during most races, not USA though, that was quite good! I must admit having 3 teams with potential and a bunch of "also rans" a little bit depressing. The financial might of the leading teams, just makes competition unlikely. Tighter specification and maybe power unit limitations making it financially easier for lesser teams to keep up? Unlimited DRS for drivers below 10th in the championship?

Dunno, but they need to do something to close the field up, drivers/teams shouldn't only get a mention when they are back-markers being passed!

Hamilton is a pure out and out racer, he'll go hell for leather I think. If wheel to wheel with Vettel only Vettel can lose. Kimmi will be on it again hopefully as he now knows a Vettal Championship win is as likely as 40 days of rain in Death Valley. He'll want to go to Sauber with another win if he can.

Difficult one on the lesser teams thing, history tells us that's just how it is, try harder. Perhaps a Weight handicap like Touring Cars?

Lewis Hamilton has spoken out about the increasing number of races and suggested he could leave the sport if the calendar becomes too long.
Positioning for a pay rise! No way is he going to give up the chance of being considered "the best ever" by beating Michaels 7 world championships.:)
