Foggy day drivers

Off to work this morning and was really foggy along the A5 so continuing @Grumpy Dave thread.
Following a van at a reasonable distance and could see it's rear lights and pick up slowly came beside me on the dual carriageway spent a while just in the blind spot next signs for the end so he accelerates and pulls in just in front so I had to brake.
Bit further along side road joins and car pulls out just as another car was overtaking me.
What gets into everybody

They're just bloody idiots Brian. Same things happened to me on the A57 into Lincoln this morning.

When the van in front pulled off and I was on my own the visibility was only about 50m mad insane fools.
 
I drove to work down the Fosse in the fog and lost count of the cars I saw driving without lights :mad:
 
It's mandatory in Manitoba and most other provinces in Canada that daytime running lights be installed. Sure helps those with no sense!!! JIM
