Flipping Bangers

Was the rear hub removal staged? They made it look easy, using the simplest of hub pullers. Gurus on here have commented on how difficult it is.......?
I have done two sets now and both easy

Mine were a real pig to remove the output shafts well stuck if it was not for the back plates might have been tempted to leave. Hubs came off easily with a slide hammer. Worth it in the end to refurb everything.

Incidentally I bought a dipped centre console part and some other interior bits from these guys and watched the show being filed, it was wicked, really cool guys

Always boils down to one statement. It’s easy if you have the right tool.

My old boss used to say that if you needed to borrow a tool twice, you needed to buy one.

People who visit the Shed often comment that "You have a tool for everything" which to a fair extent is true, but, it's mainly because I worked for myself whereas people who work for others usually have most things (mechanics hand tools apart) supplied for them. However like most man cavers, there's always something that catches your eye

It’s like the slide hammer and bearing extractor set I will most likely use it this once on my own car but a handy thing to have if someone needs it. We have a thing going in my little hamlet that we share our tools. I’ve have this attachment for the karcher that clears drains has come in handy for quite a few of my friends.

First time watched and like this program, down to earth and informative. Like our Southern Z Shed’s staring role.:thumbsup:So glad someone put this up for us to view. Will put this program on series link record so I don’t miss any more. :scorecard:
