Fish and chips ' how much '

Its become an expensive hobby over here to and I live almost on the coast, only a 15 min drive to the main port of Ijmuiden where it all comes in ....

This is what it costs to eat at one of the restaurants there called "The Head Of The Harbor" ....
That doesn't seem to bad for restaurant prices mate, some of these takeaway prices are eye watering though.

£3 for cod dip and chips in Brynmawr... and the cod dips are real big... we going out shortly with a flask of coffee and going to get chips and watch the fireworks in the Z3 roof down too hopefully....pics later

My dear old Mum always said that the skin is the best bit because it stops the goodness leaking out. Kidology or what. Either way I ate it then and I eat it now.

I wonder if Huw can remember how these fish and chips were?

Tony.

I love the skin pal and still beleive in my old dad making skin sandwiches, it was always chrispy though

When we get fish and chips from Saxilby Shirl leaves the battered skin on her plate. The day we fitted my boot spoiler me and @Antm72 had fish and chips from there for dinner and I'm sure he liked them

Tony.

ps. He also commented how flat my Z3 was through the bends at Fenton.:)

The chippy was supurb . @t-tony Z3 was very flat in cornering i will always remember following it and it took corners like they didn't exist. The road holding was supurb and the suspension set up kept it perfectly flat in corners, was pretty impressive:thumbsup:
