No mate, it was the N/S front, seems strange that all 3 codes have gone but a new one sprang up, suppose it could have something to do with the drive that I had

Thats a very imformative and much appreciated post, thank you,
However things have changed somewhat,
When the original codes where read I had had tge car out for a short run and never read the codes again once cleared, today I put the Snap on scanner on and read the codes, ABS is now only showing one code which is
88 right side rear wheel speed sensor open circuit,
So whats happened, these cars have some character to say the least :)

I guess you may have turned the ignition on with the sensors disconnected at some time and perhaps when the brake fluid was drained. Now you have driven it the units have rest themselves except the one sensor. Try @t-tony tip re plugging sensors back in.

@Brian4 do you know what the resistance of the rear sensor should be, I understand that if they have gone the resistance just keeps going up,

Sean sorry can't remember what mine were . You can measure the at the plug on the side of the ABS pump the pins can be identified in the drawing from @Clockwatcher in post 19. They should all be about the same.

Reverse option is put a volt meter across the two pins then spin the wheel and you should see a deflection on the meter.

....... at least till you know the ASC is working. I left the lights at Drinsey Nook in a hurry last night and this weird orange came on and wouldn't go off till I lifted my right foot. Is this a symptom of something :ymdevil:
