Absolute garbage race as 99.9% of the Monaco Races are

A format change is needed just for this race, I think it should be thus;

1. Race 20 laps
2. A 5k swim
3. Race 30 laps
4. 5 laps on space hoppers
5. Rest of the race.

It should be scrapped. The cars are twice the size they were when Monaco began, it's a poor combination now.

It'll never be taken of the F1 calendar mate, it needs special rules to spice it up like at least 3 pit stops per team, lots of jeopardy in that.

Thought it was a good race. Crash on 1st lap.

I'm obviously pleased with the results, but after the restart, it did become a snoozefest. The phrase "manage the tyres" really has no place in racing certainly not in the first 80% of the race.

It should be scrapped. The cars are twice the size they were when Monaco began, it's a poor combination now.

Monaco hasn't changed and is one of, if not the soul of F1. The car design is the problem.

Currently 5mtrs long by 2mtrs wide, by comparison, the latest 7 Series is 5.3mtrs long and 1.95mts wide. Single seater 7 series! It's like racing battleships!

How about, no safety car period pit stops and run all 3 compounds?

I was at BTCC at Snetterton yesterday. The final round started on a wet/drying track. It had cars starting on all 4 compounds, hard, mediums, softs and wets!

If they scrapped the Nouvelle chicane widened the run down to Tabac and tightened up the swimming pool complex there would be a great run from the start of the tunnel to Tabac for over taking.
