hopefully it will get used as is, though to be fair the moulds would be worth that alone and i didnt realise they were part of the sale.

interestingly the winning bidder had set up auto bids starting at £500, wonder what his/her max was

click bids, then auto bids. you can find out quite a bit, like for instance if you buy a car have a look at the sellers buying history and see what parts they brought for the car, this can give you an idea of any underlying issues. infact you can do this for any item, just to make sure they havnt simply brought it cheap and re-listed it.

No, and I don't think he will, apparently he can't pay just yet as he is on the rigs at sea, amazing how he can use the internet but can't do a paypal transfer, not to worry though ;)

Might be better off if he backs out then you can sell it to a proper custom kit car maker and get residuals on each car sold and hold onto the patents. I'm sure there are enough small changes to get a patent through. If I was a lot younger I'd certainly have given it a go! It will rise from the garbage heap to fruition by someone willing to stick with it which is why I thought of (Draws a blank)
And just why would he want to do that?......
Sorry @HT and @Dutch Scorpion I was thinking about the member in Belgium that reproses the Zed parts in fibreglass but I'm drawing a blank with his name ( and no HT I''m not shooting blanks)) so someone help me out please!! I think this would be a perfect opportunity for you both Sean!! JMHO JIM

Too bad, a great business opportunity goes away!! Hope he does something with it being on the rigs and all. Glad it didn't hit the dumpster and now Molly will get her hot tub which having one myself has relieved a lot of pain. In fact it's time for a replacement. I bought a portable that only used about 30 cents worth of hydro in 24 hours. The piping was wound around the pump motor and utilized the heat given off to heat the water. Super efficient for sure!! I hope it gives Molly even a bit of pain relief and makes her days more comfortable, please give her a hug for me, she's very sweet!! JIM

Thanks @t-tony just a brain fart moment when nothing showed up there when I went searching up there. I think he would have been a prime candidate to get this done in conjunction with @Sean d!! But I hope the buyer doesn't just put the car together as I see it as a perfect car kit project that may take a bit to get off the ground but would have paid dividends in the future. If it wasn't such a hassle getting it here I would have bought it and gone into business with my brother!! A bit too late now though! JIM
