Looks like the navigator has buqqered orff judging by the missing seat :eek:

What's happened to the back seat and canopy? Did the Navigator suffer from premature ejection?..:whistle:
 
This is a picture of BAe test pilot Keith Hartley seeing if a Tornado would fly okay if the Navigator, his seat and the canopy was missing. It did, but was rather drafty! See the book 'Operational Test Honing the edge' by David Gledhill and David Lewis.
