Did anyone else watch this, at lunch time on Sunday.

I really don't think I will be able to get into it, no engine noise, no atmosphere (even with Chandok from F1 commentating) not much of anything up to now. Okay it was the first of the series but I don't know, it doesn't seem like motor racing to me.

Tony.

Would like to see them do Rallycross, perhaps the future locations will give more action. Its scalextric for big boys, and girls!

Didn't watch extreame E but have tried watching formula E & couldn't get on with it at all. It just left me cold, somehow its just got no soul.

Yes had a look at this. I recorded it and then watched it later which is best way to do it, you can skip 50% of it. Far too much repeating of qualifying runs etc to pad it out, to the point they missed one of the fastest runs by the Rosberg Team female driver - most annoying. I can't get away with Jenny Gow as "live" commentator either, too frantic and excited!!. The program director/production team need to do a bit of work on the format of the program. Timing graphics too small to read and points a bit complicated, otherwise...............
Having done a lot of desert driving in Oman I thought the driving of cars in dust clouds at start of semi-finals and crazy race was downright dangerous at speeds they going at. As one driver put it, once a driver gets in front race over. :(

Really enjoyed it personally. Thought the cars were totally awesome and the excitement was there.

I absolutely love the Formula E as a race as well, so much action compared to F1.
