Euro 2016 Cruise Cancelled

This Trip for Next year is now Cancelled but i may well do this in 2017
September 3rd 2016
I have now compiled this as a route for next year.
Day 1 Drive and stay over near Trier
Day 2 Drive up the Mossele Valley and stay at Koblenz
Day 3 Drive to the Nurburgring
Day 4 This maybe done on day 3 depending on time at the Nurburgring Drive and stay over at Munich maybe 2 nights
Day 5 Sightseeing in Munich BMW Museum
This is the German route to Manheim. The other routes i will post when i have fully compiled them. I have left days 12,13,14 out as this will give me options for additional nights where i am planning on visiting.
this also gives people the chance to either join in or do part of the trip.
I may also travel to Annecy via the Furkapasse.
I do prefer the Alps to the Pyrenees as there is such a changing contrast with some really lovely places to drive out to. Such as Livigno and St Moritz. I have left out Lake Como as some areas are nice but overall is not as nice as you would expect and Como itself is just not worth visiting.

I have been down the Mossele before back in 1980 and have always meant to go again the other areas i have been to before so it was just a case of how to get there

Jan will be when the Hotels can start to be booked, so thats fine Dave, i am leaning towards September as we may be driving down to Spain around June time. I am also tempted to Stop at Trier and also stop at Koblenz as the Moselle is just gorgeous

I've done spring and fall and it's a bit cool first off but usually t-shirts by 10 even in Nov. usually fog in AM and maybe a few flakes up mountain tops but nothing a Canadian can't handle!! JIM
