Being the father of 2 daughters and one son I've noticed how its really loaded with opportunity for lads to do fun stuff and you have to really work at getting the same chances for girls. I hope things improve faster than they have in my lifetime,I think they will but I know mine had a tough time when they enrolled in classes or groups that were full of "lads" .Here's our youngest servicing her own car and new disks and pads .she's better than me! And that's how it should be lol

I only have the one son and he is less than bloody useless with tools. Very clever but bloody useless! My Daughter in Law does all the DIY at their house

That's great to see Hugh, it's a rare thing amongst youngsters nowadays. Usually they see their cars as white goods, so don't give a toss about them .
How's she fixed for servicing my zed when we come over ?.
