Good afternoon, how can you spot a twin vanos engine v a single ?

The vanos is fitted to the front of the engine. Your car is twin vanos. The photo below is a single vanos.
The vanos is BMW's variable valve timing. On the single vanos engine only the inlet cam has the variable timing. On the twin vanos engine, both the inlet and exhaust cams have the variable valve timing
