Your indicator issue may be sorted by changing ( or converting) your standard thermal flasher unit for an electronic one.
Cant guarantee this woukd be a fux but may help.

I had looked into that, and yes that seems like a solution, ATM I have just left them disconnected. but it is something I will look at down the track.... Another trick would be to take a feed off the actuator side of the flasher unit. the DRL,s draw very little current, I'm sure it wouldn't mind...

Go full zechs spec mode and put stripes on the front bumper custom grilles.
Preferably dimming ones.
And no, I am not joking.
