Today I was coming home from the farm, I stopped the car and got out to talk to a friend. I got back in the car and it was dead, no electric power at all. I rang my wife and explained I may be a little late home, she asked what happened ? I told her, she immediately answered "have you checked the battery terminals", I said "no" it is unlikely they would be a problem because the car has just had a new battery. Anyway I said I would check them just to show willing, the negative terminal had come loose. I tightened it and the car started. Next time the car breaks down, ring the wife !!!
