Quite agree, it will be interesting to see how Ant does.
 
Can't agree more the show was all about Ed and his work in bringing back a car to life.

Shame, I've really enjoyed watching the show and Ed just seemed to know everything! I know it's edited so it's not just off the cuff,but he is obviously a very knowledgeable chap and presented the stuff in an unassuming and pleasant manner. Good luck to him in whatever he does next.
 
Yes - a central figure in the TV programme - with great mechanical skills!! Good luck to him!!
 
Will be missed but Ant Anstead is a good replacement IMO
 
get him on top gear need someone less up their own **** on it , sorry just don't like the new presenters and whats the wally on top gear extra doing , doesn't look old enough to drive a car let alone anything else , rant over :)
 
Shame, but he's right to walk away I'd the show is heading to a more entrainment weighting rather than oily bits

Loved the early wheeler dealers but I would happily watch an hour show of just the Edd bits.
 
I can't believe they didn't get @Lee. He would've smashed it. Good luck to Edd in whatever he does next, and thanks for the years of entertainment.
 
Ant Anstead is one hell of a mechanic. He'll do well in it I reckon. Good luck to Ed.
