Only way you will find them is most likely a spare set of doorcards, they are held in place with melted plastic studs and not many people will have taken them out to sell.

You have to cut the plastic tabs off the back, you can remould these tabs with some alchemy of some sort (can't quite remember the recipe of the top of my head) or use a hot soldering iron.

Found out that mine were held on by strong "blue tack" or chewing gum.

Yep, you have to remove the whole centre console - runs from under the central heater blowers to behind the handbrake section, then they have various small phillips screws and 2 big push fit plugs each.
Easy but time consuming, like most things on these cars. DIY but not quick.
