Sorry it took so long to get any pictures up, it’s been hectic around here since I got back. In the meantime pictures have been posted which are just like mine so I’m just posting a couple of different views.
It was lovely to meet you all and get to know you better; it’s what zedding is all about. The run over to meet mozza was early but it was worth it. I arrived with my roof up as it was looking a bit dodgy at that time in the morning but on arriving at McDonalds in Hyde and seeing Mozza with the roof down I opened the boot and put on 2 more layers and a hat, dropped the top and turned the heater up .
From there we went to the main meeting point (Mcdonalds, which seems to be a popular venue ). Then with a slight detour (because the road from Woodhead was closed) we set off and drove some glorious Yorkshire roads, being a Lancashire lass that’s not easy to admit, but they were nice and through some little villages that I have been to in the past.
We took over the coach park at Colne where Bill (who wasn’t hungry) snacked on fish (the size of a whale), chips and peas. Then we headed over to the Lakes where we met Gill at one of our favourite stops (Sizergh Barn) where we nattered over coffee and cake.
This 1st picture is just an impromptu picture whilst Bill had a "comfort break"... we'd only left McDonalds 20 mins earlier
This was the view I had for quite a bit of the cruise
and this was the view from my rear view mirror
Yorkshire countryside :-bd
The compulsory chat about all things zed on the car park
and look at this...... typical BMW parking.... taking up 2 spaces.... or was it 3
It was a glorious 320 mile trip all in and I enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks for the great company guys.. It really was a great zedding day
