As i know most of the east Anglian crew i will join in this..

Friday and Saturday evening booked in hotel(Kings Head Stresham). 2 miles from circuit.,also friday and saturday passes for Silverstone. :-BD

We do need to get organised as Phil as mentioned that Sat Tickets are limited, but the majority of members seem to be plumbing for Fri & Sat, with not many going for Sunday aswell. We will probably book Sat Night if everbyone else does, but it is not too far too come home as possibly alot cheaper.
I didn't quite understand what Phil was saying on Zorg. on a new thread, it seemed very complicated. I don't know if you have seen it.
Would be nice to gather a large convoy and be able to park together when we get there, as an East Anglian contingent.

Yes Liam, If you look at both sites, that seems to be what's happening.
Just the one night for us too. :-bd Need to find Hotel with enough rooms, a few miles from Silverstone. If we all have a google and report back in with prices and see what we come up with.

The thread was called 'Z Fest July Official' and was posted on 23rd Dec.
It stated certain prices if car club members? and 2 prices after 1 Day tickets, 2 day tickets & 3 day tickets.
We know we have to quote those numbers & letters to get a discount, but was puzzled by the rest.

Have just looked where Paul is staying and they only have 5 rooms, but they are sold out now. They must be going quickly as I looked immediately when I saw where Paul had booked yesterday and they had 2 left then. :-o

Several members have booked into Horwood House, 186 rooms (Must be massive) £78 double room. (Google it, when you put in the dates to look at the prices on the left, you can see in the right hand column, Pauls Hotel 'Kings Head' SOLD OUT)
I know we have to be quick. Hopefully everyone will decide if they want a room quickly as they were all very keen in the beginning. #:-s

Hi Everyone,
Mike & I are going to book our tickets for Friday & Saturday next week meanwhile, then sort out accommodation asap.
At least then we know we are in the parade for Saturday then, as that will be awesome ^^

It's up to each member what they want to do asap, but I suggest you all do the same. :-s

I have had replies from :-
lebigmec - coming Friday & Sat - sorting accommodation later.
Allan - coming Friday & Sat - needs a room for Friday night.
Macca - Coming, but consulting with Mary about which days.
Bazzae 123 - Friday & Saturday, but prefers his own bed!

Hoping that the others come back to me soon :ympray:

Managed to cancel my original place and booked Horwood House (looks fabulous)
so Mark and the crew get booking before they fill up #-o
