Well this Z3 looks very well done but also makes me want to cry

I have fitted a second hand 4 pot holly carb, which I think needs serviced or set up. I have the original throttle body that takes 30 minutes to fit, if wanted but because it is running on the jaguar ECU it will run on limp mode, but with a stand alone ECU this could be fixed.
