Hi Sandy , don't want to step on Bonzo's toes, but think we should get numbers etc and book the trip up asap just incase we miss out for the 26th ,

Lets have a list then of all attendees. I would rather each person sorted their own ticket in case of last minute cancellations as no refunds are given. No charge for dogs! I will go to the BVR tomorrow to see if they will take bookings and payment by phone and that we can collect the tickets on the day. I will reserve seating so that we all sit together in one carriage. (Including BMG?)?? I'm suggesting we meet at 9am, which would give us time for a coffee/tea + chat, a bacon or Sausage roll and a look in the workshop and at the loco pulling the train. It would be great if we could all turn up in our Z's if the weather is kind to us, Including you Mark! ........Will get back to you a.s.a.p.
