E86 vs E89

Both real nice cars but there's only one hardcore coupe and that's a E86, of course I'm bias. Would have a e89 to go on holiday with though. Wife don't really appreciate the harsh track day setup and the back box delete. It's just a toy for a old boy racer in my case. Lucky she knows/understands that when we have to go down to just one car the Fiat 500c will just have to go.

he couldn't catch a pig in a corridor.....

Had both, e89 every day of the week and twice on Sundays. I like to get where I'm going.
Edit. Just saw e86.havent had one but assume as e85 with a HT. Not sure you can compare the e86 and 89 though. You can only drop the roof on the e86 with an angle grinder.

Not missed getting the roof down last year and probably won’t this year, would love a e85 30si but thats another story at the mo cos I’m still loving the coupe. Went to fire it up this morning and use it to bring some heavy stuff from my lockup to home (200yrds) after unloading (huge boot in a E86 ) I missed the turn into my lockup so 21mls later I managed to find it. :coolsteer) M1,M25, A41, should have gone to spec savers.:slaphead:

Roy.:bag:

I could have a similar story tomorrow . . . . . . .
