Do you think is wise to dye your Zs leather car seats 🌞
Do you think the dye will come off on your clothes 🌞
Just wondering about the pros and cons 🌞
Thank you everyone 😊

I've done mine, as have many others, using Furnitre Clinic kit. No issues with the dye leaching out on your clothes.

Brilliant stuff, go for it.

When I cleaned my seats yesterday , some of the dye came off , not much , so I was thinking of giving then a spruce up , so they look lovely again , the passenger seat don’t need doing as it’s spotless and I want my seat to look the same .🌞

If dye came off then usually it means someone has retouched the seats in the past and not sealed it. I see it quite a bit.

Thank you for your reply 🙂
I didn’t know that 🌞

Hi Shelley

The interior of mine is all dyed. The seats were a dirty beige/cream from an MGF, leather for the consoles/door cards was a light cream. I, therefore, opted to dye and seal it all to match.

Seats pre dye:

Car has done 3500 miles since this was done and there is not a mark on it. I used:

They will also colour match.

I know that the other makes being mentioned in the forum are all good also.

Good luck.
